Registration of Acquisitions
The Bellamar project is registered to private owners at the Costa Rica National Real Estate Registry. Local law allows foreigners to own property without partnerships with residents or citizens, which strengthens the investment stability. Many Americans have found that Costa Rican property is an excellent alternative to common investments in property in United States.
Investors in the Bellamar project will sign documents with a lawyer in their own country, with half of the purchase price provided at the time of signing. The second half of the sum will be paid upon completion of the building project.
Buyers will be flown, at the expense of the Bellamar project, to the site in Costa Rica to inspect the finished property and sign final documents with a local lawyer.
Following that, the buyers will recieve full rights over the property.
